What kinds of ingredients to make a special Meeti Seviyan

1/4 Kg Seviyao or vermIcelli
25 grams blanched Almonds

and Pistachios silver
125 grams Sugar
75 grams Ghee
1 tsp Cardamom powder
1/4 tsp grated Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Saffron Essence
10 grams each of Almonds, Pistachios and Walnuts (blanched, fried and slIced)
10 grams each of Cashew nuts, charoli and Raisins (fried and sliced)
100 grams Cream
1 handful fresh rose petals

How to make Meeti Seviyan on this Eid Mubarak 2014 Recipies

Take 250 ml water in a pan then add sugar and boil it.
Heat the Ghee and fry the vermicelli over a slow fire to a rich go/den color.
Cook it until it dry completely.

When it will be ready, each grain of vermicelli should be separate.
To decorate the Seviyan, mix in the essence and sliced nuts and remove on to a serving dish. Cover the top with cream and garnish with nuts and rose petals.

What kinds of ingredents to make a special Strawberry Ice Cream

Sugar 2 cup
Lemon JuIce 2 tbsp
Vanilla Essence few drops
Fresh Cream 2-1/4 cup
Strawberry 600 gm

How to make Strawberry Ice Cream on this Eid Mubarak 2014 Recipies

Wipe cream with electric beater at lower no. until thicken and foamy. In a bowl put strawberries and sugar mix well. Put strawberries in Blender or food processor until sugar dissolve and become puree. Add lemon juice in strawberry puree mix well. Now add puree in wiped cream mix with spoon dont mix completey to give ripple effect. Take aluminium foil pan and spread selofen polythene sheet pour ice cream mixture into and cover around. Cover with flap and put in freezer. For Serving: In serving glass put banana, strawberry sauce, chocolate cookies and Chocolate sauce.
